Simple user registration

Making it easy for people to sign-up is vital - often the first point of contact for your participants with your project. Engageable makes it easy to import lists of users, or add users directly. Engageable also comes with a built-in signup tool where you can review pending signups and edit settings as required. Alternatively, send the user a link over SMS for quick access.

Built-in webpages

A microsite comes built-in to Engageable™ so you don’t need to worry about hosting or web design. Simply create a landing page for your project where people can find you and login to their account. Add additional pages for promotion or information as required. You can use your own domain if you want, and all pages are search engine and mobile friendly.

Roles & permissions

Engageable makes it easy to assign signups a role automatically. Roles will define what content a user can see, privacy options (e.g. whether they can see names or de-identified information), and whether they can oversee users, as a Mentor, or Staff Member. Using Locations is another way to sub-divide users and/or content.

Consent forms

Engageable has a range of consent forms in the template library, but you can upload your own consent forms and invite users to sign digitally direct in the tool, on mobile or desktop. Consent forms can be set to automatically generate a PDF of the signed form and store in your audit process.

Need to update consent? Simple! Send an Instant SMS with an expiring URL for users to tap and complete.

Re-engagement & rewards

You can set badges or content as rewards when users complete modules or reveal automated congratulations messages and bonus content.

You can also automate messaging so that users can receive emails, or SMS text messages, or App Notifications to let them know that new material is ready, or as a reminder to complete partially complete modules.

These features of rewards and reminders make your content more sticky and drive up engagement rates compared to standard surveys people receive in their email.

Dynamic dashboards

A dashboard is a chart or other report on the usage of your workflows and modules, which you can customise for staff or administrators.

Dashboards provide instant overviews for comparison of workflows on your tenancy and to get snapshots of engagement, events and activity.

You can pin a dashboard to different locations in the system to allow access to your staff. If you want to customise what your staff see when logging into their dashboard you can 'pin' pre-existing charts or add a custom report.

Real-time reports

Create Reports using the tools you use every day. A report can be embedded, attached to emails, dashboards, or in a module as a report question. You can use piped code or any template variable.

User onboarding

Tags, actions & rules

Simplify your programs and studies by using Tags, Actions, Rules, Roles and Groups to suit your needs and to give you fine grained control over the participant experience. Create if/then outcomes and live rules within content. Create as many roles as you require, including testers, mentors and managers.

Example: A trial is being conducted to find out the effects of diet on energy level. Participants must fill in a food diary every day. If the participant answers ‘Yes’ to the question “Are you vegetarian?” they are tagged “vegetarian”. Any questions about meat consumption in the daily diary can now be hidden based on the presence of this tag. Users with the vegetarian tag can now receive vegetarian specific content and managers can generate topic specific reports.

Locations & team tasks

Locations are a mechanism to sub-divide users and/or content.

Location Plans let your users map out what needs to be done at their location.

Team Tasks are a way to have a to-do list at each location for your team. It is a way to project manage face to face visits, training, interviews, module completion or really any task required at each location you manage.

Phases: Each task must be part of a phase. Phases are completed in order and can have a start delay and a duration.
