Integrated live video (Beta)

A common challenge with delivering content and support via video is setting up the technology. Engageable simplifies this process by having video integrated inside the platform. Your participants can instantly connect via video without leaving the screen they are on. Facilitators can follow users’ progress through a form in real time, making it easier to provide support and assistance. Engageable’s Integrated live video is available for both desktop and mobile.

Improve in-person experience

Engage participants in the waiting room or at home

Staff can provide a tablet for onboarding and initial assessments in the waiting room, or at home prior to commencement. Your team can receive notifications if your participants’ responses trigger a flag for instant follow up, and they can dispatch reminders and notifications if a participant has not completed their workflow.

Participant Handoff

Sometimes you want the participant to complete a questionnaire that is then passed onto someone else. This is achieved by using Engageable’s handoff feature to pass the completed questionnaire to an overseer. Once a participant is assigned to a location any user who oversees that location will be able to select the participant and enter data related to them.
