Handoff

Sometimes you need participants to complete a questionnaire to pass on to an overseer. This can be completed in different sessions on different devices. The overseer will be able to select the participant and enter related data.

Example: In order to establish eligibility for the drug trial, patients visiting a medical centre complete a questionnaire on the reception iPad, (or at home prior to visiting). Once completed the clinician can see the patient’s questionnaire in their list of participants and immediately see an eligibility report. If the participant is potentially eligible, the clinician can ask follow up questions and enter the data into the next section of the workflow.
